Akron's Department of Planning and Urban Development offers socioeconomic profiles of 21
Akron Neighborhoods.
The two-page profiles feature 2000 Census social and
economic characteristics. Maps depicting major streets and community assets such as
schools, community centers, libraries and parks are also included.
We hope this tool will be a helpful introduction to our
City's diverse neighborhoods.
